Therapy Services

I support New York based adults navigating life transitions, creative roadblocks, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression, helping clients find clarity and balance during times of change. I guide clients in cultivating self-compassion, strengthening meaningful connections, and fostering a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being. My approach is collaborative and empowers individuals to build resilience while creating lasting, positive shifts in their lives.

I currently practice therapy through therapy practices, WellPsych and Cerebral, accepting new clients with in-network insurance and out-of-network sliding scale options. Interested in learning more about how to work together? Book a free 15 minute consultation call or your first session if you’re ready to jump in.
